Spartan SGX Strength & Conditioning
Spartan SGX Training is the official training program of the Spartan Race. This is a 12-week program that progresses from function to fitness to performance. All while instilling the core values of Spartan Race through the 7 pillars. These include Stamina, Power, Athleticism, Regeneration, Tenacity, Attitude, Nutrition.
You will sweat, stretch, and strengthen in one low-impact, body sculpting workout. PiYo LIVE cranks up the intensity and speed of traditional Pilates and yoga to help you Shape sleek arms, flat abs, and lifted butt. No equipment needed.
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength-training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising.
This is a non-choreographed toning and strengthening class for the beginner to the more advanced. We target every muscle group using light to moderate weights. It is a slow, but intense class. You will need a mat for this class.
STRONG by Zumba®
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, lunge and burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In each class you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
Functional Fitness Fundamentals
This is a class for beginners to more advanced individuals that focuses on functional movements, body-weight and weighted exercises organized in circuits. This class can be scaled to accommodate all levels of fitness to help you achieve your goals of improving your mobility, strength and stamina to better tackle your daily tasks.
Core Fusion is devoted to working the core, balance, upper and lower body strength and overall flexibility. intermittent use of weights and bands, along with contemporary music, will build functional fitness.
This class is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning.
Perfect for everybody and every body! We mix low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party.
Kids will learn and train on the equipment through classes designed for them and modified for their level of fitness.
These are specifically scheduled times where you have access to all the equipment to train on your own and at your own pace. You will be able to practice the techniques you’ve learned in classes and further your skills.
We would be honored to host your child’s birthday party and provide a fun and safe environment to do so. The fee is $100.00 and provides you with 2 hours in the facility with access to all of the equipment and a designated area with tables and chairs. Call us to book your party!
