Spartan SGX Strength & Conditioning
Spartan SGX Training is the official training program of the Spartan Race. This is a 12-week program that progresses from function to fitness to performance. All while instilling the core values of Spartan Race through the 7 pillars. These include Stamina, Power, Athleticism, Regeneration, Tenacity, Attitude, Nutrition.
Functional Fitness Fundamentals
This program is for beginners that want to ease into training. Whether it be to prepare for their first race or simply get fit through functional movements, weighted and body weight exercises.
STRONG by Zumba
This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves. It’s synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music. Which is made to help you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Kids will learn and train on the equipment through classes designed for them and modified for their level of fitness.
These are specifically scheduled times where you have access to all the equipment to train on your own and at your own pace. You will be able to practice the techniques you’ve learned in classes and further your skills.
We would be honored to host your child’s birthday party and provide a fun and safe environment to do so. The fee is $100.00 and provides you with 2 hours in the facility with access to all of the equipment and a designated area with tables and chairs. Call us to book your party!
